Shipping Liability
I understand that once my package is entrusted to a common carrier (i.e. UPS and FedEx) that Ammunationllcusa.com does not have control over my package. Additionally, I agree that once such common carrier delivers my package to the address I specified, I am fully responsible for the safety of my package (please make sure that the common carrier has access to a safe location at which to deliver your package).

California Orders:
Customer is responsible for checking with the FFL dealer prior to placing an order that the FFL will accept the order/shipment. If the dealer is not accepting transfers, and order is returned to Ammunationllcusa.com we will automatically refund the order LESS the 20% restocking fee. Please follow your tracking number to ensure the package is delivered to your FFL. Customer will be subject to any additional fees for reshipment to a different dealer. Fee can vary based on order. Any returned shipments will be subject to a 20% restocking fee – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Typographical Errors:
